Ten reversible felt arrows, each 6m long

A street that has had its one way system reversed due to public realm improvements became a potential surface to make a drawing on.  Ten 6m long arrows were laid onto the road surface pointing north, then the heads of the arrows were systematically moved to point south, marking how the movement on this street had been altered.  The blue arrows  reference both the standard 'one way' signs and the diagrams issued by the City Council to communicate the re-organisation of the road network.  Pedestrians observed the intervention, some of them wondering what new roadworks were being imposed on the street, whilst the few vehicles that used the street gingerly drove around the markings in an effort not to affect the intervention.
